As people, businesses, and schools across America are taking extra precautions to slow down the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), you may be wondering how you can entertain your family and keep everyone's spirits lifted. So, I challenge you to do just that! Use this time to enjoy your family. I've created a list of 50 things you can do as a family while maintaining a healthy distance from others (aka staying home.) Feel free to print it out and use it as much or as little as you would like. Click the image below to get to the free printable.
As hard as it may be, try not to focus on the negative. Like the income loss you may be experiencing because you now have to stay home with your kids instead of going to work or the fun plans that got cancelled that you had been looking forward to for months. The truth is, we are all having to adjust to this challenging time. We are all making changes and tough decisions.
In the midst of it all my goal is to keep the stress and anxiety in my home to a minimum, to use this time to laugh and love on my babies (ok...two of them aren't babies anymore), and to enjoy the slow and steady pace instead of the "go...go...go" that my family usually experiences this time of year. A blessing in disguise? You bet!!
Love ya friends!
xoxo, Shelly
